Taste:
- Mildly sweet, a little cooling with an overall warm taste.
Instructions:
- Bring water to boil, steep 1 tsp of tea into two cups water and immediately turn off heat. Let it sit for a minute or two then strain and enjoy everyday before bed or after a stressful day!
